Chijioke is a co-founder of Carbon Digital bank, a credit led digital bank in Africa that istransforming the traditional banking experience by offering, credit-centric products,payments, and high yielding investment opportunities all exclusively on a digital platform. Prior to Carbon, he co-founded Nigeria's first distressed equity fund, KASSF, raisingUS$20mm from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Through his vast experience, Chijioke has invested in special situations in Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, andKenya in various sectors including, agribusiness, financial services, and retail. Chijioke was previously an Investment Professional at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to IFC, Chijioke worked with Zephyr Management LP in the US and South Africa. Chijioke holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an MSc in Risk Management from University of Reading.
