Prosper Karangwa enters his fourth season within the 76ers front office as Vice President, Player Personnel, and his twelfth season overall in the NBA. Karangwa oversees the scouting department after spending the last two seasons as the General Manager of the Delaware Blue Coats, where he led them to Showcase and G League championships. Prior to joining the 76ers, he served as Director of Scouting with the Orlando Magic, where he worked since 2012. With Orlando, Karangwa played a vital role in the front office's draft preparation while maintaining focus on talent evaluation, information-gathering, and process improvement throughout each of his eight seasons. Karangwa played at Siena College and represented Canada in the 2002 FIBA World Cup and 2003 FIBA Americas. He enjoyed an eight-year playing career overseas, which included stops in France, Germany, and Austria. After his career, Karangwa ran a scouting service providing information on American players for European teams.
