Yassin Knocke

Yassin Knocke joined HarbourVest in 2019 and focuses on analyzing, structuring, and monitoring secondary private equity opportunities, including traditional and complex transactions. Yassin joined the Firm from Helios Investment Partners, where he was most recently a vice president focused on evaluating and executing investments in emerging markets. Prior to this, he held the associate role in the IBD Financial Institutions groups at both J.P. Morgan and Nomura International. Yassin received an MSc in Management with a concentration in Finance and Statistics from the University of Mannheim in 2008 and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. He is a native German speaker.
