Fanta Conde

Fanta co-leads CrossBoundary’s West Africa Investment Advisory team. She has supported companies and investors across the region, in sectors including agriculture, agtech, waste management, water, and energy. She has recently led investment facilitation support in the Ghanaian agriculture space, successfully closing transactions valued at $12M+. Fanta is leading CrossBoundary’s Ghana office opening and partnering with organizations to develop a program to improve access to capital for women and youth-led SMEs in agriculture. Prior to CrossBoundary, Fanta worked at BlackRock in New York. She started her career as an investment banking summer analyst at JP Morgan in the Healthcare coverage group then the Latin America M&A group. She worked on several agribusiness and waste management transactions as part of the Malian Investment Facilitation Platform, and now focuses on facilitating investments across several sectors in West Africa. She is based in Conakry, Guinea.
