Prince Crentsil

Prince Crentsil is a Ghanaian-born technologist and innovator passionate about advancing AI, automation, and cultural technology. He currently serves as a Senior AI Engineer at Microsoft, where he has architected and deployed high-impact AI solutions that have influenced over $100 million in digital transformation value across enterprises like Charter Communications, SLB, Chevron, Halliburton, and AECOM—helping them automate complex workflows, improve decision-making, and scale operational efficiency through Azure AI and Copilot systems. At Microsoft, Prince also serves as Chief of Staff for Black at Microsoft Worldwide, leading programs that amplify innovation, visibility, and mentorship across a global network of professionals. Originally from Ghana but based in Houston, Prince holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and will complete his second master’s in Physics this December. Beyond Microsoft, he is the founder of CodedDifferent, a B2B AI automation and consulting company helping organizations modernize through intelligent systems, and The Promoter App, a tech startup streamlining event management and marketing with AI-powered tools. Prince’s work bridges technology, culture, and community—driving innovation that connects Africa and the world through the power of AI.
