Amine Naji

Human Resources professional with a demonstrated track record in leading the HR function across various industries, Amine currently oversees the Human Resources, IT, and Administration department at Africa50. Prior to joining Africa50, Amine led the HR and Administration department covering North, West, and Central Africa at Fresenius Medical Care, the world’s leading provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases. Before that, he was People & Organization Manager at Novo Nordisk, a century-old global healthcare company, where he directed all human resources activities, including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Amine was formerly the HR Lead for MENA & Turkey at Monsanto, where he worked on setting up a new entity in Jordan, developed and implemented over 50 policies across MENA, and received the 2014 HR Excellence Global Award. He previously held various roles at A.P. Moller Maersk, including HR Business Partner, Country HR Manager, and Maghreb HR Manager. Amine holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from ISCAE Business School and a Master’s in Human Resources from the Human Resources Institute (IRH). He is the recipient of the 2024 Top 10 Global HR Leaders award from the World HRD Congress.
