Youssef Bargach
Co-Chair
Youssef Bargach is an MBA candidate at The Wharton School with seven years of experience at the intersection of climate tech, renewable energy, and regenerative agriculture. Bringing unique perspectives as an operator, consultant, and investor, he is passionate about driving sustainable change through strategic investments in energy, infrastructure, and real assets. Youssef has led both execution and investment in high-impact decarbonization projects, spanning sustainable aviation fuels, microbial fertilizers, renewable natural gas, and digital-twin asset monitoring. With a deep commitment to sustainable development in emerging markets, Youssef maintains a global outlook and strong ties to the MENA and LATAM regions. Originally from Morocco, he is proficient in Arabic, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
